Why IHICS - Eco Pinoy?
IHICS – Eco Pinoy is a product by the IHICS Philippines Corporation. A complete and simple construction system to build high quality one to multi-storey buildings, that are adapted to the prevailing climate as well as earthquake- and typhoon-proof. This hazardous issues could be prevented through the use of IHICS – Eco Pinoy with its key features:
- Hollow blocks, which are interlocked with each other by mortaring and therefore cannot shift apart from each other
- Reinforcement, which can be placed only correct to form a fully integrated building structure
- Plaster, which thanks to its new formulation can be applied thinly and is therefore massively lighter. However, due to the inherent properties of the material, it still adheres excellently and is more resistant
What makes IHICS - Eco Pinoy special
IHICS – Eco Pinoy as a system is similar in the handling as currently used, conventional hollow blocks. However due to the completely revised shapes of the hollow blocks, the sytem allows the build an integrated skeletal structures. The construction of buildings is therefore faster, more cost-effectively and above all safer.
The form of the hollow-blocks only permit the correct application of the reinforcement and allows the integratation of electrical and sanitary installations as well as the filling with insulation.
The system structure and the quality standard of the contained elements of IHICS – Eco Pinoy guarantees sustainability and longevity of the building construction even in areas with unfavorable natural influences and weather conditions, such as typhoons and earthquakes.
